As an innovation and education manager with a background in cultural studies, my primary focus and research revolve around crafting effective learning strategies and fostering collaborative developments and innovation. I’m part of the Culture Hub team at the University of the Arts London, where I contribute to the staff development of UAL employees.

As an associate lecturer at MA Innovation Management, I lead and mentor students in various projects to enhance their learning experiences during their studies.

I’m currently working on improving my teaching skills and expanding my learning and development abilities by pursuing a PgCert in academic practice in art, design, and communication at the University of the Arts London.
